Fallen (堕天使, Datenshi) is a recurring Race of Demons in the Megami Tensei franchise.
Profile
The Fallen race consists primarily of demons from the Ars Goetia, one of the five books that the Lesser Key of Solomon was divided into. Demons of the Fallen race vary wildly in power level and typically play a moderately important role in the games they appear in, often serving as bosses or mini bosses. When in regular encounters, they usually appear in groups of identical demons. Oftentimes, each major area of a game has at least one Fallen demon to encounter, making them an omnipresent race throughout.
