Design

Berith appears as a humanoid in blue plate armor riding atop a red horse. Glowing yellow eyes can be seen within Berith's helmet. He wields a gold trident in his right hand, and holds his horse's reins with his left. The horse upon which Berith rides has yellow eyes and a gray mane and tail.

In Shin Megami Tensei II and Giten Megami Tensei: Tokyo Revelation, Berith's sprite is a recolor of Eligor's. In Megami Ibunroku Persona, Berith and Eligor's designs are swapped compared to the usual designs.

In Shin Megami Tensei: Nine, Berith's armor is red.

He is sometimes called Beal or Bofi and excels in alchemy. Though he is a liar, he may speak truly of the past or future if persistently asked.
