Giten Megami Tensei: Tokyo Revelation

Murmur first appears in the Digital Devil Mail as a file sent to Hatsudai Shelter from Harajuku Shelter, if Ayato Katsuragi decides to open it, it will show that Murmur will be a binary file (Murmur.bin), after opening the file he'll get posessed by Murmur. Other scenarios are that if you let either Tatsuya Hayasaka or Emi Kirishima open the file they'll get possessed instead, but you won't learn it's Murmur until they free these characters from the possession.

After causing some incidents with the posessed individual the remaining Devil Busters from the 2nd Unit will discuss the matter and try to find a way to break free from the posession the individual that Murmur possesses.

Murmur when possessing one of these individuals will sent a file called Aim.bin to Ochanomizu Shelter and will kill Miri Tachibana at the farm of the shelter and after the Devil Busters from the 2nd Unit discover this they set up a Magnetite trap to Murmur and break free the possessed individual from him. After this a fight with Murmur begins at the Devil Busters Office and since Murmur is too powerful Katsuragi and his friends can't do much and after that Murmur spread a zombie virus and while he's there he goes to command room of the shelter at basement floor 8.

Upon reaching this room Katsuragi and the others see the lifeless body of Kanetsugu Tachibana, Yuuka Tachibana tries to approach the body but she's capture by Murmur and after a fight with Katsuragi and the rest he defeats them and summons his guests of honor, the Bael Believers: Ipos the Fallen, Lamashtu the Femme, Athirat the Lady, Astarte the Tyrant, Abaddon the Koutenshi, Leraje the Koutenshi and Decarabia the Koutenshi who then proceed to dismember Yuuka and eat her body parts. After this Murmur spreads a poison gas and leaves the shelter.

Once Katsuragi reaches Bael Castle he'll find Murmur, who is surprised to see him there and says that while he has become powerful in comparison to the weakling he was at Hatsudai Shelter he'll by no means let be defeated by someone like him, so a fight begins and while Katsurgai remains victorious, Murmur is surprised to see his defeat and so he dies.
