Fleurety is a Demon in the Megami Tensei franchise.

Profile

Origin

Fleurety in text traces back to the series of grimoires, "Grimorium Verum" and "Grand Grimoire". Both of which sharing information on the demons, the Grimorium Verum on its sigil, and the Grand Grimoire detailing more information and how to summon him. The Grand Grimoire states his part as the fourth rank within the Six Great Officers, being its Lieutenant General, serving the rulers of Hell: Emperor Lucifer, Prince Beelzebub, and Grand Duke Astaroth. Whereas the other Officers serve Lucifer, Fleurety has been documented to more personally serve Beelzebub. Him being a demon of the weather, he is able to unleash hail when conjured, though it is most preferable to summon him under the cover of night.

Design

Its designs appears as a green humanoid figure, consisting gills in place of ears, a set of wings, hooves in place of feet, and a tail, with two pairs of elongated canines. The sharp angles could share a symbolic reference of the shapes in its sigil, otherwise, the illustration by Kaneko is mostly typical of a winged demon.
