Game Appearances
Belphegor is the guardian of the Watchtower in the Factory district. When Aleph arrives, he has already beaten Zayin, who warns Aleph not to underestimate him. Upon being confronted, Belphegor will be impressed that the party made it this far, and attacks. After his defeat, he will question who Aleph is to be able to control so many demons, and dies.

The Archpriest of the Millennium faction is in reality the demon Belphegor the Tyrant, he has been secretly killing the higher ups of the Millennium by sending them to the Ueno Shrine where they have been sacrificed to Bael.
