Barong is the symbol of goodness and a counterpart to Randa, the symbol of evil.
He is believed to face Randa in battle by dipping his beard in water, creating holy water.
With the good and evil together the world is balanced and to able to maintain its perfect form.
It is said that Baron and Randa will continue to fight an eternal battle that will never end.
