Shin Megami Tensei IV

Sick characters deal 25% less damage, and their evasion is reduced to 0. Sickness does not wear off on its own, and persists outside of battle.

At the end of each turn, there's a 5% chance for Sickness to spread to any party member that isn't either immune to it in some capacity or Sick themselves.
