Shock is an Ailment that can be inflicted when an Electric-Attribute skill inflicts damage. Shocked units typically gain an additional vulnerability, such as Critical vulnerability, and become unable to dodge or act.

Persona 3

In Persona 3, a target that has been shocked will be stunned and take electric damage each turn while shocked. Additionally, hitting a shocked target guarantees a critical hit. There is a chance to recover from shock each turn.

When a target is Shocked, they have limited movement and can only roll or do short jumps. Shock clears after hitting an opponent, or after a set amount of time.

Digital Devil Saga: Avatar Tuner

Shocked targets always receive Critical Hits from Physical, Gun and Hunt and become unable to evade attacks. Additionally, Fatal Hunt skills are more effective against Shocked enemies. Shock is removed once the turn is passed to the other party.
