This is a list of minor Ailments in the Megami Tensei franchise. Many of these Ailments only appear in one or two games with very few members.

Frog
Frog (Japanese: 蛙, Hepburn: Kaeru) is an ailment found exclusively inside of T.D.L. in Shin Megami Tensei.
Rage
Rage (Japanese: 狂気Insanity, Hepburn: Kyōki) is an ailment used exclusively by Asura in Shin Megami Tensei: Strange Journey and Shin Megami Tensei: Strange Journey Redux.
Mud
Mud (Japanese: 汚泥Sludge, Hepburn: Odei) is an ailment used exclusively by Lahmu in Shin Megami Tensei V.
Shroud
Shroud (Japanese: 暗黒Darkness, Hepburn: Ankoku) is an ailment used exclusively by Khonsu Ra in Shin Megami Tensei V.
Last Bible series
Darkness
Darkness (Japanese: 暗闇The dark, absence of light, Hepburn: Kurayami) is an ailment in Last Bible Special. Units in darkness will have their accuracy greatly decreased.

Invisible
Invisible (Japanese: 透明Transparency, invisible, Hepburn: Tōmei) is a status condition in Last Bible Special. It increases the evasion of the afflicted unit significantly. Due to a bug, however, the skill that applies Invisible fails to do so, making the condition inaccessible despite being programmed in the game and present in the manual.

Persona series
Distress
Distress (Japanese: 動揺Trembling, Hepburn: Dōyō) is an ailment in Persona 3. A Distressed target can't evade and is easier to land critical hits on. When attacking a weaker Shadow in the Tartarus, it might start off the battle with Distress.
Enervate
Enervate (Japanese: 老化Aging, Hepburn: Rōka), is an ailment exclusively in Persona 4 and Persona 4 Golden. It causes the inflicted character to behave as if they were elderly.
In Persona 4, all five of the character's stats (Str/Ma/En/Agi/Luk) are reduced. This lasts for up to 6 turns.
In Golden, their accuracy is reduced and they might fail to use skills on their turn. It lasts for an unknown number of turns.

Exhaustion (Japanese: 衰弱Weakness, Hepburn: Suijaku), is an ailment exclusively in Persona 4 and Persona 4 Golden. A target that has been affected by Exhaustion loses SP each time they act and takes increased damage. In Persona 4, it lasts for up to 3 turns.

Devil Survivor
Spawn
Spawn (Japanese: 寄生Parasitism, Hepburn: Kisei) is an ailment exclusive to Devil Survivor and Devil Survivor: Overclocked. Inflicted only by the Spawn skill, it deals 60% of the afflicted target's max HP after a turn has passed. If this damage kills the target, a team of 3 Flies is spawned in an adjacent square. If the target survives, only 1 fly will spawn.
