As a Savage Shadow, Okuninushi nullifies insta-kill effects, spiritual/Control ailments, and being downed. He is initially untargetable and will summon an Ara Mitama and a Nigi Mitama, who Okuninushi will direct Wonder's party to attack during that turn. The selected Mitama will receive much more damage from attacks during that turn; however, the other Mitama will receive much less and Okuninushi will gain a stack of Mitama's Rage if the disfavored Shadow is attacked, increasing his damage dealt. Additionally, his damage dealt will increase each turn. Once both Mitama are defeated, Okuninushi will be afflicted with Mitama's Tranquility and become targetable for two turns, after which he will re-summon the Mitama and continue the cycle.
