Persona 4 Arena Ultimax

When a target is Frozen, they are unable to act. Freeze clears after a set amount of time. A player can break out of it prematurely by pressing buttons or moving the joystick.

Persona 5

Frozen targets become unable to act and vulnerable to Technical damage from Physical, Gun and Nuclear.

Digital Devil Saga: Avatar Tuner

Frozen targets become neutral to Physical and Gun and always receive Critical Hits from those Attributes. Hunt skills deal reduced damage to Frozen targets, but have a higher chance of instantly devouring. Freeze lasts until the turn is passed to the other party.
