Earth is a recurring skill attribute in the Megami Tensei franchise.
Gameplay
Earth skills inflict Magic damage on a target. Earth is typically counterbalanced by Wind or Force, with users of those skills being able to exploit each other's weaknesses.
The Earth attribute is represented in most of its appearances by the Magna line of skills. In the Digital Devil Saga series, it is instead represented by the Tera line.
