The series was produced by A-1 Pictures and directed by Tomohisa Taguchi , the anime run for 12 episodes from July 10 to September 25, 2014, with an OVA that was included with BD/DVD volume 4 released on December 10, 2014. The series was licensed by Aniplex in North America and by Madman in Australia. It was simulcasted with English subtitles on Crunchyroll .
