Persona 4 is a manga series authored by Shuji Sogabe and based on the video game Persona 4. Due to the long serialization period, later parts of the manga also adapt parts of Persona 4 Golden. It began serialization in Dengeki Kuro Maoh from November 2008 to February 2009, before moving to Dengeki Maoh starting in March 2009.[1] The manga had irregular updates due to Sogabe prioritizing the Persona 3 manga as a regular, monthly serialization.[2] After Persona 3 finished, Persona 4 resumed serialization in 2017[3] and ended in 2019.
In the US, the manga is licensed by Udon Entertainment. In France, it is licensed by Mana Books.

Sometime in the past, an older woman began chatting up Adachi in Junes and making him nimono since he shares the same name with her son. In the present day, Soji sees Adachi at Junes and invites him over for dinner while Nanako and Dojima are in the hospital. At first, Adachi refuses, but after seeing the older woman again with her real son, he suddenly asks Soji what they're having for dinner. Soji invites Adachi to come again sometime, but Adachi rejects his offer. He likens Soji to the older woman, calling them both people who were using him as a placeholder for someone else. | |||

Trivia
- Due to being handled by two different teams, the French localization for the manga calls Teddie by his original Japanese name Kuma ("Bear" in Japanese), while the official French translation of Persona 4 Golden sticks with the english localization name Teddie.
