Persona: Trinity Soul, stylized as Persona ─trinity soul─, is an anime TV series in the Persona series. It is a spin-off series of Persona 3 set ten years after its events.[2] Trinity Soul began airing in Japan on January 5, 2008 and ended on June 28 that same year, with 26 episodes.[1]

Synopsis

Ten years after the Simultaneous Apathy Syndrome Outbreak, Ayanagi City has recovered and developed into a futuristic boomtown facing the Sea of Japan. Shin Kanzato, a 17-year-old high school student, returns to the city with his younger brother, Jun, and reunites with their eldest brother, Ryo, the young chief of the Ayanagi City police, for the first time in ten years.

Around the same time, the city is struck by a series of bizarre incidents, including the sudden disappearance of a submarine's crew, the return of Apathy Syndrome, and the Inverted Corpse Cases, in which students are killed and left in gruesome states. As Ryo pursues the organization behind the incidents, Shin is drawn into the conflict and awakens to a Persona with an alien form.
