This is a list of minor Demon Races in the Megami Tensei franchise. Many of these Demon Races only appear in one or two games with very few members or exist purely to fill a mechanical role in the games they appear in.
Only God
Only God (ユイイツシン Yuiitsushin) is the exclusive race of YHVH in Digital Devil Story: Megami Tensei II. In Kyūyaku Megami Tensei, it is replaced with God.

??? is a race that denotes those with unclear origins or who are difficult to classify. In certain versions of Shin Megami Tensei III: Nocturne Maniax, it is the race of Raidou Kuzunoha XIV. In Shin Megami Tensei: Liberation Dx2, the race–formatted as ??–consists of characters from crossover events, namely from the Sonic the Hedgehog and Devil May Cry series.

Awake (覚醒人, Kakusei hito, lit. "Awakened person") is a race only appearing in Shin Megami Tensei: Strange Journey. It is the race of Jimenez after being fused with Bugaboo.
Cyborg
Cyborg (義体 Gitai lit. Cyborg) is a race that appears only in Shin Megami Tensei: Liberation Dx2. Its members consist of characters from the Ghost in the Shell series as part of the Ghost of Cyberspace crossover event.

Dog
Dog (イヌ, Inu) is a race used exclusively for Pascal, the Hero's dog, in the Shin Megami Tensei series.
In most versions of Shin Megami Tensei, the race is used only when Pascal accompanies the party to the Echo Building, and is displayed at the Cathedral of Shadows where Pascal can be fused with another Demon to create Cerberus. In the Super CD-ROM² version of the game, Pascal's unique Demon form retains the Dog race. Dog is also used as the race of Pascal in Shin Megami Tensei if....

Empty (虚大霊 Kyo dai rei, lit. "Void Spirit") also known as Void is a race shared by two bosses. In Shin Megami Tensei: Strange Journey, it is known as as Empty. It is the race Mem Aleph becomes upon her initial defeat. In Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance, it is known as Void.
Fake
Fake (偽人 Gijin, lit "Fake Person") is a race in Shin Megami Tensei: Strange Journey. It is the exclusive race of the Demonica demons.
Judge
Judge (審判者, Shinpan-sha) is a race only appearing in Shin Megami Tensei: Strange Journey. It is the form Zelenin takes after being blessed by Mastema.
King
King (混沌王 Konton-ō, lit. Chaos King), also known as Chaos, is a race that is predominately associated with the Demi-fiend in games where he can be fought against or alongside with. In Shin Megami Tensei IV, Shin Megami Tensei IV: Apocalypse, and Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance, the race is known as Chaos. In Shin Megami Tensei V, it is known as King.
In Shin Megami Tensei III: Nocturne, King is also the name of a Title received after obtaining and mastering every Magatama in the game.

Panagia (至聖女, Shiseijo, lit. "Most Holy Woman") is a race that appears in Shin Megami Tensei V and Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance. It is the form Tao Isonokami takes after being reborn as the Goddess of Creation.
Pillar
Pillar (聖柱 Seichū, lit. "Holy Pillar") is a race that appears only in Shin Megami Tensei: Strange Journey. It is the form Zelenin takes in the Chaos route of the game.

??? is a race that is used exclusively for both forms of Inaruna in Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Summoner. It is also known as 古妃 Kohi, lit. "ancient princess consort", in supplementary material such as the trading card games and in the book Megami Tensei Jūnenshi.[1] The name "???" comes from Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Summoner: Akuma Zensho; Inaruna's race cannot be seen in-game.

Bel (Japanese: ベル神Bel God, Hepburn Beru-shin) is a race that appears in Devil Survivor and Devil Survivor: Overclocked.

Star is a race that appears in Devil Survivor 2 and Devil Survivor 2: Record Breaker. It is the signature race of the Septentriones and Triangulum. In Japanese they each have a unique race, with the race names of the Septentriones' coming from the names given to the stars of the Big Dipper in the Daoist text 北斗治法武威經Beidou Zhifa Wuwei Jing. The races of any summoned minions, like the Merak Missiles, is the race of the Septentrione who summoned it minus the 星 (star) kanji.
