The Protagonist can fuse 2 or 3 demons at once, or fuse swords with demons. The Cathedral is similar to its appearance in Shin Megami Tensei with mysterious machinery. Fog envelops the floor. Jewelry in the shape of a cross hangs behind Mido. During fusion, cloth and flags with religious symbols can be seen.

Shin Megami Tensei IV

In these games, the Cathedral takes the form of a digital application that the player can use at any time after purchasing the App "Demon Fusion" during the "To My Fellow Samurai" main quest, with Mido serving as a digital AI avatar. Purchasing the App "Demon Fusion Lite" allows the player to do two demon fusions during battles.

Shin Megami Tensei IV: Apocalypse

In Apocalypse, Nanashi already has the App installed on the phone upon becoming a hunter, with no need to purchase it.
