Jimenez is a character in Shin Megami Tensei: Strange Journey. He is a former mercenary now a part of the Blue Jet's crew sent to investigate the Schwarzwelt. Though a skilled soldier, he cares more about his own survival and was in it for the money, rather than saving humanity.

Profile

Jimenez is a blunt and sometimes crude man who comes off as carefree, sometimes even selfish, though is actually quite depressed and pessimistic. He often makes unrestrained remarks about the situations he's in, which are dismissed by Gore and irritate Zelenin. He gets along with his Demon partners, especially Bugaboo, and tries to urge Zelenin and the rest of the Red Sprite crew to trust them more. He has dark hair with a buzzcut and a goatee, and tribal-looking tattoos on his arms that peak out from beneath his sleeves. His Demonica is equipped with more firearms than the rest of the Strike team, notably including several pistols and a custom AK-47.

After fusing with Bugaboo, his body's skin is half his own and half Buagaboo's, notably on his face. He is now shirtless, with his Demomica's top being tied around his waist as a belt. He has a spike resembling a broken wing extruding from the left side of his back, a saber coming out of his right forearm. His tattoos are now more visible, being revealed that they cover his body, with ones on his pectorals resembling the palms of human hands. He also no longer has boots, and the skin of his feet the same shade of red as Bugaboo's, though he lacks the same sharp toenails. In this form he displays greater recklessness, though still largely cooperates with the rest of the Red Sprite crew. However, upon arriving in Sector Horologium, he leaves to fulfill his vision of the world of Chaos.

In the Law route of the game Jimenez obtains a Soil form, representative of his desire to see his chaotic deeds through. His entire body is now a coal black, with deep red marking in the center of his torso that extends out to his limbs. His eyes are entirely white and lack irises, and he is completely surrounded by flames.
