旧帝国陸軍大佐。特殊部隊の指揮官。50年前の敗戦時に、部下たちと自決。その無念の思いから、怨霊と化す。

乾(イヌイ)大佐は、旧帝国陸軍内に秘密特殊部隊をつくり最強の部隊に育て上げた。彼とその部下は、戦時中に数々の破壊工作を行った。任務の達成には手段を選ばなかったという。

彼は、一切の感情を表さず、ひたすら帝国の勝利を信じ戦ったが、敗戦の知らせを聞き、すぐに自決した。その場所には慰霊碑が建てられたが、激しい無念の思いが彼を怨霊に変えた。
