Game Appearances
All "Change Form" mutations have a small chance of turning the Persona into Poltergeist instead of one of the usual results. This will not occur if Poltergeist is already in stock when the mutation is acquired.

Poltergeist is a portmanteau of the German words poltern, meaning "to make noise," and geist, meaning "ghost." Therefore, poltergeist means "noisy ghost."
