Pixie
Pixie is a Demon in the Megami Tensei franchise.
Profile
Origin
Pixies are small, elven-like fairies in British folklore.
Design
Pixie debuts in Digital Devil Story: Megami Tensei II as a small fairy with red hair and a yellow leotard, however, her artwork depicts her as having a red leotard with blonde hair. She has pointed ears and boots that go to just below her knees.
In Shin Megami Tensei, she is a reddish-brown-haired fairy with curly long hair, knee-high boots, and gloves. All the clothing she wears is now blue and her wings resemble those of a butterfly's. In the PlayStation version of Shin Megami Tensei and onward, she was made significantly less tan and has a pixie cut hairstyle.
In the Devil Summoner series her wings revert back to the more insect-like ones of the Digital Devil Story: Megami Tensei series. She wears a white full-body suit with the same long boots, but her gloves are noticabely smaller and she has a sunflower ornament just above her right elbow. She has a pink scarf, blue hair, and stark green eyes, however, in Devil Summoner: Soul Hackers, she has purple hair and a blue top.

Game Appearances
Shin Megami Tensei III: Nocturne
When the Demi-fiend makes it to the gate to the annex building in Shinjuku Medical Center, a Pixie can be found who is trying to return to her home in Yoyogi Park. As a gate pass is needed to continue through the Hospital, she asks for Demi-fiend's help and joins his party as his first demon ally. After locating the room where the Pretas who have the gate pass are and tricking them into unlocking the door, she and the Demi-fiend kill them and use it to continue their journey out of the Hospital.
After leaving the Hospital, if Demi-fiend goes straight to Shibuya, Pixie will reprimand him and remind him to go to Yoyogi Park. At the park, a cutscene plays where Pixie starts to leave the party, but turns around and suggests that the Demi-fiend still wants her around. He can either confirm or deny this. If he denies this, Pixie will give him the Ankh Magatama, which can be bought later in the game, before she leaves the party. If he confirms that he needs her, she will stay in his party indefinitely.
Shin Megami Tensei III: Nocturne Maniax
In the Maniax version of the game, a special event related to the Pixie was added. One of the golden doors in the 5th Kalpa of the Labyrinth of Amala will ask for Demi-fiend to present to it the one who has been with him the longest, which is referring either to his first Pixie, the demon she evolved into, or the demon she was fused into. If Demi-fiend has any one of these demons in his party, a cutscene will happen where the demon will turn into a "Super" Pixie. This Pixie is level 80, has 30 points in every stat, and has the skills Maziodyne, Megidolaon, Mediarahan, Samarecarm, and Endure. She will say that she has been right by Demi-fiend's side since the very beginning and reintroduces herself into the party.
Shin Megami Tensei: Strange Journey
Upon first stepping out of the Red Sprite into the Schwarzwelt and into Sector Antlia, a Pixie will approach the protagonist to give him the tutorial on negotiation, and then join him as his first demon ally. Later in the same sector a Pixie NPC is found who is injured and will request a Bead from the protagonist, being the first Ex Mission that can be received. After giving her the requested item she will give him a Pixie Knife and leave.
Later, still in Sector Antlia, the same Pixie, now a High Pixie, can be found wanting to create a Fairy Village where only Fairy demons can live. As parts of EX Missions, she will ask the protagonist to find and recruit fellow Fairy demons to live in her village.
Shin Megami Tensei V
After getting to the first Leyline Fount in the game, the Nahobino encounters a Pixie and recruits her as his first demon ally, serving as the negotiation tutorial for the game.
In the "Return of the True Demon" quest, Pixie is one of the demons that is summoned by the Demi-fiend and speaks for him while he remains silent.
Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance
A Pixie NPC in Kamiyacho can be found who will give the Nahobino the Pixie Periapt.
In the Fairy Village, a Pixie can be found proclaiming herself as an ace detective. She then accuses the Nahobino of stealing what she believes to be an apple, though it is in actuality an amalgam of Glory, and after realizing he is not the thief, she requests his help in finding the true culprit. Accepting this will initiate the "Pixie on the Case" side quest, where the Nahobino controls Pixie as she investigates other members of the fairy village. After completing the quest, the Pixie rewards the Nahobino with the Amalgam of Glory, and wishing to have more adventures with him, becomes available as a Quest Navigator stationed near North Shinagawa.
If the Demi-fiend is recruited, in Demon Haunts his Pixie will continue to speak in his stead.
Majin Tensei
When starting a new game, the Protagonist will start out with two Pixies, alongside an Orthrus, as his demon allies.

Trivia
- Despite appearing as an enemy or playable ally in most other games in the Megami Tensei franchise, Pixie only appears as an NPC in Shin Megami Tensei II.
- In Shin Megami Tensei III: Nocturne, if the player manages to evolve the first Pixie into a High Pixie before reaching Shibuya or Yoyogi Park, High Pixie's model will replace hers for the cutscenes that occur in those areas.
