Shin Megami Tensei II

Izanami appears briefly as an npc in the post-game dungeon, the Diamond Realm. Upon interacting with her she will thank Aleph and Hiroko for helping her son Hiruko and comment that the two of them remind her of herself and her husband Izanagi when they were first married.

Visionaries

Izanami is featured in one Visionary cutscene in the Game Boy Advance and iOS versions of the game.

In "Droplets of Soukai", Izanami stands in an unknown realm and congratulates Aleph for his actions after the game has ended. She says that all things on the Earth have a soul, from the plants, to the animals, to the wind, to Mother Earth itself. No one can eliminate this concept, and any claims that say otherwise cannot be tolerated, for trying to deny and destroy the Earth will only come back to bite you. She says that he has saved the Earth and the souls it holds, and though the Earth is currently desolate, it's soul and heart still remain. The Earth will eventually be ressurected and bring a rich harvest, and Izanami says that she looks forward to the grace that will soon come.

Shin Megami Tensei III: Nocturne Maniax

If the Demi-fiend completes the Burial Chamber challenges, on a New Game Plus playthrough he can visit the first kalpa's first burial chamber and be approached by a Cerberus who will send him to the otherwise inaccessible 666th floor. There he will meet the spirits of Izanagi and Izanami, who tell him that due to the world ending, they have been unable to use their strength and so have waited for one they could entrust the future to. Deeming Demi-fiend as the one worthy of creating a world like they once did, they gift him with an extra press turn in battle and send him back to the first Kalpa.

Shin Megami Tensei IV: Apocalypse

Majin Tensei

If the Protagonist obtains the Palace ring from the Hikawa shrine after defeating Moloch, and then ventures to stage 19, there he can meet Izanami, who will talk about two individuals who will help the protagonist on his journey. As they pursue different things, normally they will not work together, but Izanami will convince them that their goals are nearly the same. This allows the protagonist to recruit Uriel and Zouchouten at the same time, something that is normally not available if Izanami was not met with.

Later, after clearing stage 50, Izanami will appear to the protagonist and join him as an ally on his chosen path. If the protagonist did not meet her with the Palace ring in his possession however, this event will not take place.
