"Yomotsu Okami's Rampage" is a Challenge Quest in Shin Megami Tensei IV.
Overview
This quest can be obtained by talking to demons in Blasted Tokyo on New Game+ during the Neutral or Chaos routes.
Izanami is found on B1F of Pluto Castle, rambling incoherently about how humans are hateful and must die, and that she'll kill a thousand every day.
After her defeat, Izanami thanks Flynn for returning her to her senses. She tells of an evil within her that envies the living and wishes for their deaths, and that an entity took advantage of that to control her. She believes that this entity was plotting to control all rulers of the underworld in order to have them kill all humans. Since Flynn, a human, has saved her, she concludes that this is a time for humans and gods to cooperate so that neither are wiped out. She expresses her gratitude and leaves.
With that, the quest is completed, and Izanami becomes available for fusion.
