It will also be accompanied by a Leanan Sidhe that has these same properties as well as an additional immunity to spiritual/Control ailments. At the beginning of the battle and at the start of Narcissus's turn, Leanan Sidhe will summon an additional Narcissus with three stacks of Shackles of Reflection. If Wonder or his party attacks this summoned Narcissus, it will remove a stack of Shackle of Reflection; when all stacks are removed, the summoned Narcissus will be defeated. The primary Narcissus will heal itself by an amount equal 18% of its max HP each turn if there is not a summoned Narcissus present; if one is, it will instead lose HP equal to 18% of its max HP.

Additionally, Leanan Sidhe will use Shadow Reversal, which inflicts an ailment of the same name. When inflicted with Shadow Reversal, each action taken by a member of Wonder's party will reduce their HP by 10% of their max HP.

At the beginning of the battle and at the start of Narcissus's turn, Leanan Sidhe will summon an additional Narcissus with three stacks of Shackles of Reflection if there is not already an extra Narcissus. Additionally, each time this summoned Narcissus is attacked, one stack of Shackles of Reflection is removed; if all three stacks are removed, the summoned Narcissus is defeated. If Wonder or his party defeats this summoned Narcissus, it will restore 50% of the primary Narcissus's max HP. While the summoned Narcissus is present, the primary Narcissus also has a high chance to inflict Dizzy onto a random member of Wonder's party.

When inflicted with Shadow Reversal, each action taken by a member of Wonder's party will reduce their HP by 10% of their max HP. Narcissus is also capable of changing all of Leanan Sidhe's affinities to Null using Spirit Away.
