Growth 3 is a recurring skill in the Megami Tensei franchise.
Profile
In Persona, only the protagonist's currently equipped Persona will gain EXP. The Growth passives allow the other Personas on-hand to also gain EXP.
In Persona 4 and Persona 4 Golden, Growth 1, Growth 2, and Growth 3 all stack allowing inactive Personas to gain upto +175% EXP.
