Gameplay

The location can be visited before visiting Mikage Hospital, however after a quick conversation with Kandori, the party is kicked out. After the events at the hospital, the area surrounding SEBEC Building is closed off.

If the party previously talked to Reiji Kido's mother at Joy Street's Yin & Yan, Reiji will appear if the building is approached. If Reiji was encountered at St. Hermelin High School and at the Abandoned Factory, encountering him here will unlock his potential recruitment in the SEBEC Route of the story.

SEBEC Building becomes an accessible dungeon once the party goes through the Abandoned Factory. This is the first dungeon of the SEBEC Route to feature different encounters depending on the floor the party is in, as well as the first dungeon to feature the Velvet Room, Trish's Spring and traps through damage tiles and chests.

Once the party reaches the central room in 5F, a boss fight against Takeda and four Agent will happen. Kandori will use his Persona Nyarlathotep to launch a Maragi attack, removing 25% of each party member's current health, then leave the battle.

After the fight, a switch can be found nearby the desk, opening the door at the back of the room. A corridor leads to an elevator to B1 of the building. The underground is the first dungeon to feature fog, making navigation harder.

In the DEVA System Chamber, a scene will occur where Kandori and Nicholai enter the device. Nicholai tries to kill the both of them, and Maki points to a control device . If the protagonist chooses to push the red button, the amount of totem rewarded in an event at Alaya Cavern won't be decreased.

Regardless of the choice made, Aki appears and sends the party into the Idealized World's version of Mikage-cho.
