Origin

Design

The artwork for Lilim in the original Super Famicom Shin Megami Tensei portrays her in a white bodysuit.

The updated design for the PlayStation version would instead give her a white bolero, white short shorts, and white palm gloves. Additionally, a tattoo is present on her outer right thigh.

These two designs would both see use in their fair share of game entries in later years, though the latter has overtaken the former; replacing it consistently in more recent entries.
