Censored artwork in P5X

Persona	Uncensored Design	Censored Design	Changes
Agathion The design in the beta was changed to the same revision as in Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance, replacing the intersecting hexagram (Seal of Solomon) with a generic six-pointed star with an eye in the center. This change is present in the global version as well.
Andras Andras's bare waist and legs were covered in black feathers.
Angel Angel's chest and thighs have been clothed with bands of black leather, matching her body harness.
Apsaras Apsaras's leotard was changed to a dress extending over her thighs. Her breasts were also enlarged.
Archangel The symbols on Archangel's breechcloth were removed. His eyes were also corrected to have the green glow, a mistake in the global design.
Black Rider Black Rider's skull was replaced with a mask.
Bugs Bugs no longer has blood drooling from its mouth, and entirely lacks the open seam with skulls inside.
Chernobog Chernobog's skull head was redesigned like the other skeletal Personas. However, unlike the others, it appears the shape of the head is actually changed, as opposed to merely being covered.
Daisoujou Daisoujou's skull was replaced with a mask, and his arms were given flesh. The design on his bell also slightly differs.
Dakini Dakini's clothing now extends over her midriff. The skull designs on her waist were removed, though not from her headpiece.
Fuu-Ki The hole in Fuu-Ki's face was filled.
Garuda Garuda's loincloth was changed to trousers covering his legs.
Hecatoncheires Hecatoncheires was given bolted metallic shorts, matching the lock and chain.
Hell Biker Hell Biker's skull was replaced with a mask/helmet.
Incubus Incubus was given black leather shorts, and lacks the phallic codpiece.
Kumbhanda Kumbhanda has an additional robe covering its skeleton-like torso and pelvis. Oddly, there appears to be a bulge above where the robe is tied.
Lamia Lamia's bare chest was covered with a snake-patterned crop top.
Lilim Lilim's cleavage and midriff were covered with a white zipper suit matching her jacket, and her cut-off shorts were changed to knee-length shorts with larger seams and no fly-front.
Lilith The bare white skin on Lilith's chest, upper arms, torso and thighs was covered, though the snake pattern remains.
Mandrake Mandrake's apparently bare bottom was given a loincloth made of leaves.
Mara Mara's head is covered with a metallic conical hat, and his rear tentacles are shorter.
Matador Matador's skull was replaced with a mask.
Michael The inner fold of Michael's robe was made slightly longer to cover the upper thigh.
Narcissus Narcissus has an additional, tighter-fit robe/toga to cover his whole body.
Obariyon The suction cups on Obariyon's hands, fingers, elbows and chest were removed.
Ose Ose was given shorts to cover his upper thighs, and his leopard face was significantly redesigned.
Pazuzu Pazuzu's red body hair now covers his upper thighs and more of his chest.
Rakshasa Rakshasa has a small robe to cover its upper thighs/buttocks.
Red Rider Red Rider's skull was replaced with a mask.
Sandalphon The cross on the front of Sandalphon's robe was removed.
Scathach Scathach's midriff and thighs were covered with a similar pattern to her metal chestplate, though the outlines of her muscles and navel remain visible.
Succubus All of Succubus's bare skin below the neck is now covered, appearing more like a black bodysuit.
Surt Surt was given shorts.
Sui-Ki Sui-Ki's mouth was changed to a more generic ghost-like grin. Oddly however, this change only appears in the global version's artwork, while the Chinese version features the original design. Since the model in all versions uses the original design, this is likely an oversight, perhaps using a scrapped censored design that was deemed unnecessary.
Trumpeter Trumpeter's skull was replaced with a mask.
White Rider White Rider's skull was replaced with a mask, and the eyes across its horse's body were removed.
Yaksini Yaksini's loincloth was changed to a sleeved skirt with the same pattern covering her chest and extending lower; her thighs were also covered with white shorts.

Other notes

•
Despite Pale Rider's model and battle icon having the skull replaced with a mask as with other skeletal Personas, its artwork remains uncensored even in the Chinese version.
•
Bugs and Mandrake still have their original designs in the artwork for Justine & Caroline's Personas regardless of region, perhaps since they are somewhat obscured. Agathion also maintains its new design.

Necronomicon Necronomicon appears with and without its tentacles, but sometimes the top part of the UFO also has graphics from the other side of the model.
Tropical Motoha's All-Out Attack finisher The text on Tropical Motoha's All-Out Attack finisher screen was changed from "Summer Sizzle Slam" to "Summer Spike".
