Ardha is Seraph's Atma, which they transform into at the beginning of battles unless the party is ambushed. Ardha can use all of Seraph's set skills, but not their Prana Beam. Uniquely, Ardha has no resistances or weaknesses.

Ardha inherits the highest of each stat from Varna and Varnani, Varna's set skills and both of their Mantra Grids. Like with Varna, the player assigns three points between any of their stats on a level up. On a New Game+, Varna inherits Ardha's Mantras.

Ardha can learn Reincarnate if the player answered "We will never join you." when Margot Cuvier offered an alliance.

Novel Appearances

Quantum Devil Saga: Avatar Tuner IV

Ardha is Shin Minase's Atma, engineered by the Karma Society. It is based on Varuna, though focused on offensive power and augmented with defensive information barriers and an Asura suppression field. Shin Minase first appears as Ardha to attack the Lokapala underground base, specifically targeting Serph, Gale, Argilla and Cielo. Although the four Asuras' initial attacks were ineffective, and Ardha's attacks heavily damaged them, coordinated decryption pulses allow Varuna's attack to damage Ardha, though Ardha still strikes Varuna, launching him away and breaking one of his blades. As Ardha faces Varuna, he is struck by a large Lokapala harpoon in the back, damaging his armor. Then, once Ardha faces the Lokapala, Varuna takes the severed blade and impales it through Ardha's damaged armor. The sustained damage forces Ardha to disappear and retreat to the Karma Society, leaving behind a strong gust of wind that sends one man flying, though he is safely caught by Dyaus.

Shin Minase was placed under recovery and augmentation procedures, but during testing, he turns traitor and uses Ardha's power to kill everyone on site and run towards Sera's chamber to kill her as well. Unbeknownst to him, however, his energy efficiency is much lower, and his suppression field prevents him from receiving external energy, which could have been fixed with had he not escaped. The Embryon, having planned to stealthily infiltrate the Society's headquarters in Washington, experience the damage Ardha's attacks do to the city and shift their plans to rescue Sera before Ardha reaches her. Once Varuna breaches the dome and enters the building, he receives a transmission from Margot Cuvier, asking the Asuras to kill Ardha, though Ardha's suppression field interferes and cuts off their communications and the Asuras' link.

Ardha destroys the physical barriers on his way to Sera, but is stopped by an information barrier, which he is forced to wait for while it runs out of backup power. Serph makes inside Sera's room, where Cuvier and Angel are, though they escape in a pod after Serph declines joining them. The barrier dissipates, and Shin breaks in. He uses his new abilities to disintegrate parts of Serph's body, planning to torture him and the Embryon once they arrive, though after arguing with Serph, he decides to instead kill him and Sera immediately. He grabs Sera, but Serph leaps onto his back and wraps one of his appendages around himself. Serph is tossed off, but Shin's own body begins to irreversibly dissolve into dust like Serph's, killing him.
