Persona 3 The Movie: Winter of Rebirth, stylized as Persona 3 The Movie: #4 Winter of Rebirth, is a 2016 anime movie based on Persona 3, the fourth entry in the Persona series. It was directed by Tomohisa Taguchi and written by Jun Kumagai.

Winter of Rebirth is the fourth installment in the Persona 3 The Movie tetralogy, which adapts the main story campaign in Persona 3. Its previous installment were released in the following past years, Spring of Birth in 2013, Midsummer Knight's Dream in 2014 and Falling Down in 2015.

Synopsis

Theatrical Run

Winter of Rebirth played on at least 65 screens.[1] Limited quantities of presale tickets with artwork and bonus merchandise were sold in theaters, through Lawson convenience store, and in anime stores.

On March 5, there was a special screening at Shinagawa Stellar Ball called "Persona 3 The Movie Finale Event" that fans could get tickets to through a lottery system. The event included a talk with the the voice actors of Makoto Yuki, Yukari Takeba, Ken Amada, and others.

Home Release

The home release of Winter of Rebirth had a limited edition and a regular edition, both offered as a BD or a DVD. It was released on August 8, 2016.
