Aigis is a character first introduced in Persona 3. She is an Anti-Shadow Suppression Weapon and member of S.E.E.S.
Profile
Aigis is an Anti-Shadow Suppression Weapon created by the Kirijo Group. She first appears on Yakushima when she is drawn to the protagonist. She joins S.E.E.S. on July 21st and is an available party member. Thanks to her Plume of Dusk, she is able to summon a Persona. Aigis begins attending Gekkoukan High as a second-year student in class 2-F. Though Aigis was designed to look like a human and has a Plume of Dusk, she cannot yet emulate their behaviors or speak like them. As a result, Aigis is very formal with her speech even when given permission to be informal with her friends. Additionally, things she does or says might seem strange to humans, such as how she insists on remaining at the protagonist's side at all times.
Aigis was designed with a mostly white and gold exterior. When S.E.E.S. first meets Aigis on Yakushima, she is wearing a blue and white dress which hides her mechanical limbs. After she joins the group, she wears a red ribbon around her neck, and she also has a Gekkoukan uniform while attending school. During Persona 3 FES: The Answer, Aigis has additional battle equipment. By the time of Persona 4 Arena, Aigis wears a black pants suit when she needs to hide her mechanical limbs, and she now wears a red tie in place of her ribbon.
