Megumi Toyoguchi is a Japanese voice actor. She is known for roles in various Japanese anime and video games, such as Dawn in the Pokémon anime, Junko Enoshima in Danganronpa, Aqua in Kingdom Hearts, and Winry in the 2003 Fullmetal Alchemist anime. In the Persona series, she voices Yukari Takeba in Persona 3 and its spinoffs.
