Origin

Mot[a] (lit. "death") was the god of death in ancient Northwest Semitic cultures, mostly attested in Ugaritic sources. In the Baal Cycle, he fights with Baal.

Shin Megami Tensei III: Nocturne

Mot is a member of the Assembly of Nihilo and one of the guards the Demi-fiend encounters at the Diet Building. After the Demi-fiend defeats Surt and Mada, Mot is slightly taken aback at his abilities but is confident he will be able to stop him. He challenges the Demi-fiend to find him in a room where he has disguised himself as a statue, and upon choosing the correct statue, which is the only statue without a reflection on the floor, Mot curses the Demi-fiend and attacks him, but is defeated.

Megami Ibunroku Persona

Mot is the ultimate Persona of Reiji Kido.
