Hatsudai Shelter is a location in Giten Megami Tensei: Tokyo Revelation.
Gameplay
Places of Interest
In B6F there's a Virtual Trainer, there's three levels of it, High, Middle and Low.
There is a Virtual Trainer in B8F, but it's only visited in a event through the story and once Katsuragi completes it it cannot be visited again.

Stores
In B9F there's a Terminal in which Ayato Katsuragi can teleport to other Terminals, download Map Data to his Arm Terminal and also save and load progress.
In B6F there's a Computer Terminal in which Ayato Katsuragi can download (provided that he has the Arm Terminal) the DAS Ver 1.0 app.
There's a Recovery Point located in B8F. Ayato Katsuragi can use his incenses here to recover both HP and MP and increase the desired stat the incense used increases. Incenses can be used on the other humans that are with Katsuragi at the moment.

List of encounters after the ZMV is spread by Murmur, some floors are impossible to reach due to story progression locking them, these floors are: 1F, B1F, B2F, B3F, B4F and B5F.

Game Appearances
Hatsudai Shelter is the shelter where the main cast of Giten Megami Tensei: Tokyo Revelation initially live in.
After Ayato Katsuragi becomes a Devil Buster, he and Yuuka Tachibana become part of the 2nd Unit led by Yoshio Nishino who is also Katsuragi's adoptive father.
When the shelter is attacked by Murmur by possessing one of the Devil Busters from the 2nd Unit, Murmur spreads a zombie virus called ZMV. The 2nd Unit is unable to save the shelter residents, as Isamu Yamase, who was tasked with leading the remaining residents outside the shelter, it is discovered that he left them to die in the Farm area at B6F, and right after they find this, Nishino's wife and son appear, but they have mutated and became a demon and after they defeat them the group receives a message from Yuuka's father, Kanetsugu Tachibana who is at the computer room in B9F, but once they reach the room they find his body in a pool of blood and see that Murmur was there, he takes Yuuka hostage and defeats the 2nd Unit, and right after that he summons calls for more demons, they are Ipos, Lamashtu, Athirat, Astarte, Abaddon, Leraje and Decarabia, who proceed to violently dismember Yuuka's body. Murmur then, before leaving, spreads poison gas in the shelter to leave no one alive and depending on the choices Katsuragi or Nishino can remain in the shelter as only 3 hazmat suits remain in the room where they are stored. Regardless of that, once Katsuragi leaves the shelter he is recruited by Tetsuya Sonoda and Koki Kamikawa to join the resistance group called Pentagramma.
