Giten Megami Tensei: Tokyo Revelation

Lamashtu is one of the demons that devoured Yuuka Tachibana at Hatsudai Shelter, she holds within her the breasts of Yuuka.

When Ayato Katsuragi goes to the Yaesu Underground, he finds Marduk who tells them the truth about his identity, but shortly after this Isamu Yamase appears, and after a chat Marduk kills Yamase and then upon his dying breath he summons Lamashtu, and so Lamashtu starts a fight with Marduk, but upon defeating her she seals Marduk within the Labis Sigil, the ancient Mesopotamian tablet, after that she says that her dogs will deal with him, so the Dog of the New Moon and the Dog of the Full Moon attack Katsuragi, but after they're defeated Lamashtu gets mad and another fight begins. Once she's defeated the breasts of Yuuka appear.
