This is a list of Quests in Shin Megami Tensei IV, including Main Quests and Challenge Quests.
Main Quests
Main Quests are issued during the main storyline and are necessary to complete in order to advance, with the exception of "Activate All Terminals" and "Defeating the Demon", which are optional. Main Quests reward in Experience Points and Macca when completed.

Challenge Quests
Challenge Quests are additional quests separate from the game's main story. In addition to rewarding Experience Points and Macca, Challenge Quests may also reward in items or equipment when completed. A few Challenge Quests are exclusive to certain Alignment routes, while others only become available in a New Game+.
With the exception of "Delivery" type Challenge Quests, which are always active, Challenge Quests must be accepted from the menu in order to make progress on them.
