Pabilsaĝ is a minor deity from Mesopotamian culture and the personification of the constellation Sagittarius. Their godly domain has not been clearly identified, with historians debating if he was a protector and warrior god, a god of healing and medicine, or an underworld judgement deity. The meaning of Pabilsaĝ is also contested with translations varying between "arrow shooter", "the elder is the leader", or "presbiter".
