Blob is a Demon in the Megami Tensei franchise.

Profile

Origin

Blob may be based on the titular creature from the 1958 American science fiction film, The Blob, as some of its compendium entries mention its weakness to colder temperatures as well as the fact that it may be an alien.

Design

According to Kazuma Kaneko, the demon's color palette is based on the monster from the film (i.e. The Blob).
