Devil Children Black Book and Red Book
- The principal of Harajuku Elementary School is named Hanya,[1] as a reference to Takashi Hanya from Persona and both Persona 2 games. In the PlayStation remake, the principal goes unnamed.[2]
- Several BattleNet opponents are named after characters from other Megami Tensei games. They are:
