Shin Megami Tensei IV: Apocalypse
Koumokuten is one of the five Kishin that guard the Fudo temples located around Tokyo. He can be found in the Hakujoin temple with the white jar which draws the essence of Gluttony. He faces Nanashi and the party in battle when they arrive to seal the jar he guards but is defeated.
Nomenclature
Koumokuten's name (Japanese: 広目天, romanized Kōmokuten) comes from Middle Chinese 廣目天王, a calque of Sanskrit: विरूपाक्ष, romanized Virūpākṣa, literally meaning "diversely-eyed".
