In most games, Victory Cry is a Passive skill that restores the user's HP and MP at the end of a battle. It may specifically require that the battle ends in a victory, where it would not trigger if the user runs from the battle.

In Persona Q2: New Cinema Labyrinth, Victory Cry is a Navi Passive that only restores HP.
