The Famed Race consist of demons based off historically famed or canonized figures throughout history. Famed are rare demons that are normally medium to high level, and are all achieved either through special summoning or Fusion Accident. All members of the Race null both light and dark

In the Shin Megami Tensei series, Famed are of the Neutral Alignment. The Race only appears in Shin Megami Tensei IV and Shin Megami Tensei IV: Apocalypse.
