Magatsu-Izanagi Picaro is a DLC Persona that comes with the Picaro Summoning Pack. Regular Magatsu-Izanagi can only be fused on New Game+. Magatsu-Izanagi and Magatsu-Izanagi Picaro are both Despair affinity Personas. They both have the innate skill Merciless Deliverance, which greatly increases damage dealt to downed targets.

Magatsu-Izanagi is a DLC Persona of the Tower Arcana.
Magatsu-Izanagi and Picaro are both DLC Personas of the Tower Arcana.
Players could obtain GR rarity and SR rarity cards of Magatsu-Izanagi from the Midsummer Night's Dream Summer Festival event which ran from August 30th to September 11th, 2013.[1] Upon maxing Magatsu-Izanagi's card, the player obtained the SR rarity Magatsu Boys School Uniform (+780 defense) and the SR+ rarity Magatsu Sword (+880 attack).[2]
Magatsu-Izanagi was a 5★ Persona available in Persona O.A. It came as a bonus with the Persona 4 The Animation Series Complete Blu-ray Disc Box, but was also released 3 months later in the normal gacha with Kaguya. It had skill slots for 1 Curse skill, 1 Elec skill, and 1 Almighty skill.[3][4]
