On B6F of the Basilica, Louis Cyphre tells the Hero of an island to the west which has something that would aid him. When the Hero enters the building on the island, he is greeted by Beelzebub, who will address him differently depending on his alignment. If the Hero is Chaos-aligned, Beelzebub will offer to join his party. If the Hero is on the Law or Neutral routes, Beelzebub will attack the party only to be defeated.

Beelzebub can be encountered in Keter Castle, where he will recognize Aleph as the human that Lucifer told him about. If Aleph is on the Neutral route, he is interested in testing Aleph's power and transforms into his fly form to attack him. After he is defeated, he says that although his wounds are mortal, the death of a demon is temporary, and he would gladly serve Aleph if he were to fuse him a new body.
If Aleph is on the Law route, Beelzebub is enraged with his goal of killing Lucifer and attacks him so that Lucifer will not be bothered by him, though when he is defeated he admits how much he underestimated him.

Shin Megami Tensei
On B6F of the Basilica, Louis Cyphre tells the Hero of an island to the west which has something that would aid him. When the Hero enters the building on the island, he is greeted by Beelzebub, who will address him differently depending on his alignment. If the Hero is Chaos-aligned, Beelzebub will offer to join his party. If the Hero is on the Law or Neutral routes, Beelzebub will attack the party only to be defeated.
Shin Megami Tensei II
If Aleph is on the Chaos route, he will not fight Aleph and will simply offer his services through fusion.
