Origin

Ōyamatsumi, also known as Watashi-no-Ōkami or Watashi Ōkami, is a son of Izanagi and Izanami in Shinto, and an elder brother of Susano-o and Amaterasu.

When Konohana Sakuya gave birth to a child, it is said that he made sweet sake, and therefore he is worshiped as a god of alcohol at the Umemiya Taisha shrine under the name Saketoke-no-Kami.

Shin Megami Tensei II

Oyamatsumi can be found in a shrine at Old Kōjimachi, where he has gotten lost and cannot find his way out. Upon meeting Aleph, he joins his party, hoping to find a way out. After the group exits the shrine, he grants them the Right Leg of Masakado as thanks.

Nomenclature

From 大山津見神, 大山積神, or 大山祇神 Ōyamatsumi-no-Kami, meaning "great mountain god". The use of 津見 and 積 for tsumi is an example of ateji.
