Bosses

The Harem Queen is fought during the second visit of the B10 Queen's Chamber. Before the fight, the Harem Queen will ask the protagonist if he likes her painting or Maki's better.

Choosing "The Queen's is better" will result in the full party fighting against the stronger version of the boss. Choosing "Maki's is better" will result in only the protagonist and Maki fighting the weaker version of the boss.
