Lachesis is one of the Moirae Sisters guarding the Obelisk under Hikawa's orders and is described as being "Arrogant-Looking".

When the Demi-fiend is exploring the Obelisk, Lachesis along with her sisters appear to mock and taunt the Demi-fiend, with Lachesis specially presuming he is there for Yuko Takao, but tell him that they are guarding the Obelisk and will not falter against him unlike the "useless" Ose from the Assembly of Nihilo.

When the Demi-fiend is doing one of the puzzles to progress the Obelisk, he encounters Lachesis, who introduces herself as the second Moirae Sister who measures the length of life and attacks him, though she retreats before he can kill her.

Right before the Demi-fiend can reach the topmost floor of the Obelisk, Lachesis and her sisters stop him and attack him together, though they are ultimately defeated.
