Atropos is one of the Moirae Sisters guarding the Obelisk under Hikawa's orders and is described as being "Cruel-Looking".

When the Demi-fiend is exploring the Obelisk, Atropos along with her sisters appear to mock and taunt the Demi-fiend, with Atropos specially telling him that if he wants Yuko Takao back, he must defeat them, though she expresses doubt that he would be able to reach them at all.

When the Demi-fiend is doing one of the puzzles to progress the Obelisk, he encounters Atropos, who introduces herself as the eldest Moirae Sister who cuts the threads of fate and attacks him, though she retreats before he can kill her.

Right before the Demi-fiend can reach the topmost floor of the Obelisk, Atropos and her sisters stop him and attack him together, though they are ultimately defeated.
