It appears as a Jack Frost wearing a modified Demonica suit, complete with its own miniature assault rifle and a custom helmet with a mouth and eyes that resemble the demon wearing it. Notably, the eye lenses are blue instead of the traditional red.
He's finally here. The long-awaited rookie steps into the spotlight at last. With his trademark custom mini-Demonica, he's seen action all over the world, with a 100% success rate.

Rumor has it that he participates in operations all over the world, and has a legendary 100% mission complete rate. He originally donned the Demonica because he admired it, but after long, hard training, he emerged as the perfect soldier. He may look like the cute Jack Frost everyone knows and loves, but underestimate him and he'll make you laugh or cry.

Demonee-Ho was added on August 19, 2020[1], during the game's 2.5 Year Anniversary event, "Drill Sergeant Demonee-Ho".[2] He was introduced alongside Maya, Plus Frost Ace, with all three having increased appearance rates in certain summons.
Trivia
Demonee-ho's Password in Shin Megami Tensei: Strange Journey is a reference to the character Gunnery Sergeant Hartman from the movie Full Metal Jacket. The director Eiji Ishida wanted to create a character modeled after Hartman; however, staff was unable to implement them so Ishida was forced to compromise with this password.[3][4] His dream would later be realized in Shin Megami Tensei: Strange Journey Redux, with the inclusion of the Extra MissionDemonee-ho Boot Camp. Both its difficulty and it's depiction of Demonee-ho as a harsh military commander training soldiers into machines was inspired by Hartman.[5]
