Alex wears her own type of Demonica suit separate from the ones created by the Schwarzwelt Investigational Team. Installed on it is her AI companion George who is more sophisticated that those of the Investigation Team's.[1]

The Black Demonica is an equippable armor set that can be worn by Flynn. It is found in the Counter-Demon Force Base.
Persona 5 Royal
Demonicas, both with and without the helmet, are DLC outfits that can be equipped by all members of the Phantom Thieves of Hearts. They are included in the base game of the 2022 re-release. When wearing them the song "The Great Sign" will play in battle and "The End" will play on the battle results screen.

Following them entering the Schwarzwelt the Demon Summoning Program in downloaded to their suits without their consent. The suits are capable of visualizing the Demons they come across and can analyze them upon scanning them.
